Best night sleep ever at a hotel or motel I've ever had and been all over the world. Softest beds EVER.

Spa is nice, but facilities are really lacking. Cabins on the right dont have kitchenettes. And just the one BBQ at the pool to share to cook with (be prepared to wait and wait to cook your meal).
The staff are prejudiced against Asians and put the blame us for the malfunction of the spa machine and had no evidence. We also recieved mistreatment such as the lack of daily services such as cleaning the room and new towels given to us. The staff also were not nice to our children when they were jumping in the warm pool and he shouted at them and told them to play in the cold pool on a 15 degree day. Also the rooms were dirty and small.The staff were willing to split the family where one extra person was living in the room and told us to buy a new room where our kids are on five and ten.
Get the higher price rooms, they are good, spacious and worth the money. Pools are wonderful and well kept, we've had a great time soaking up in mineral water. Staff are lovely. Would stay here again without hesitation.
